Sportgility is led by Marc Weaver, a Division I sprinter and experienced youth, high school, and strength coach.

With a background in sprinting, Olympic weightlifting, and athletic development, Marc built Sportgility to give young athletes a stronger foundation — focused on movement quality, speed mechanics, strength, and long-term development across all sports.
